I’m currently a Digital Marketing Consultant (Freelance) working with companies across the construction sector.
I help businesses and marketers learn and use digital marketing to achieve business goals such as raise brand awareness, increase search engine visibility or increase lead generation.
I also help marketers understand their website data using Google Analytics and then help them enhance their website and external tactics to improve overall marketing performance.
My career in Marketing kicked off in the automotive sector managing the marketing department for a medium sized business for 4 years where I helped develop websites and implement the marketing strategy mainly focusing on new customer acquisition.
I then transferred my skill set to Polypipe Civils, a leading product manufacturer within the water management and drainage sector as Marketing Exec then later promoted to Interim-Marketing Manager. Here I was responsible for developing & implementing product marketing campaigns aimed at Specifiers, Engineers and Architects to increase product specification.
I then made the move to agency side as Digital Marketing Manager for Pauley Creative, a digital consultancy serving building product manufacturers within the UK construction Industry. My main responsibilities was carrying out website audits, strategy development, reporting analytical insights and online marketing recommendations for further growth from the web.
I’m also a regular speaker at CIMCIG events and other industry events organised by RIBA, British Woodworking Federation and Council for Aluminium in Building.
